![]() The process is then repeated until we get what we want. How to Reroll in Dragon Ball Z Dokkan BattleĪs is the case in my other games, the point of rerolling in Dokkan Battle is to begin a new game, progress until the point where we can perform the first summonings, and restarting if we don’t get the characters we are aiming for. If you’re new to the game and are thinking of rerolling in this gacha RPG, then you’ll find everything you need to know here. This is because a few good characters at the beginning can make all the difference in the world when it comes to progressing through the story with ease.Īnd with that being said, we’ve decided to create our very own Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle reroll guide. In gacha RPGs like this one, where the summoning is entirely up to RNG, players often opt to reroll in order to unlock powerful characters as early as possible. And this difficulty is further compounded by the fact that you never know what you’re going to get from the gacha system, as each summoning is, for the most part, entirely randomized. These characters, in turn, each have unique stats, skills, and passives, which makes it a bit difficult to know which are the best. This includes the fact that, in order to increase their strength, players must summon a wide variety of characters and assemble powerful synergized teams with them. ![]() Nevertheless, as a gacha RPG, much of the aspects present in other games in the genre can be found in Dokkan Battle, as well. However, this is just to illustrate that, aside from the popularity from being based on a massive and iconic anime franchise, Dokkan Battle also has a lot going for it in terms of mechanics and gameplay. We’ve gone into further detail about these mechanics in our combat system guide. This game offers a unique combat system revolving around hybrid turn-based battles with a Ki Sphere aspect, where characters take turns attacking each other, but also their attacks are empowered by the number of Ki Spheres that they collect each turn. The Grind is Real.Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle, for many gamers out there, is the definitive gacha game for mobile devices. that's one more thing I forgot to mention. Great mobile game, 7.6/10 (I'll round it up to 8) I'm still grinding to get Assassin's Ultimate Technique Hit God Damnit. This I feel does not hold back too much but it definitely does still exist. Overall its a pretty great mobile game that does struggle with the one issue that all free to plays do, microtransactions. You pretty much click circles, but the super moves you can pull off are unique to every single character and can look pretty amazing. That doesn't sound so bad but the combat is not the most engaging thing in the world and is not the type of thing you will want to spends tons of time on. To get a bunch of characters you can spend money, the alternative is to play the game. But I will say this game I not for everyone. Whenever you find yourself with max level, legendary rare with full hidden potential, you feel a little bit of yourself in that character. Im talking about progression in the sense of always growing stronger, finding the best teams and arrangements, and upgrading and awakening your characters. No not progression in the story, that's still noteworthy as best. Who doesn't want Paragus? Aside from its masses and masses of characters, the other appealing aspect of Dokkan battle is progression. What's that? you want to play as Minotia and Hoi from wrath of the dragon? Yep, you want to play as DB heroes characters such as Fu, Mira, and Towa? Yep, You want to play as Dragonball fusion exclusive characters like Karoly? Yep, they also have Android 21 from Fighterz, Masked Saiyan Bardock from Xenoverse 2, every movie villain and Paragus. one of the best appeals of Dokkan Battle is that it features every single dragonball z character that has ever been seen on screen. The true name of the game is progression and character collection. But dont worry the story is more of a side attraction that you will eventually find yourself one-shoting the boss of every new stage even on the hardest difficulty, Z-Hard. The story is note worthy but not much more than that. But dont worry the story is more of a Quite good as far as free to play mobile games go. Quite good as far as free to play mobile games go.
